A Virtual Appointment is where our veterinarian
can see you and your pet via video call and suggest
and prescribe treatments where possible.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you understand there are limitations to a virtual appointment, given that our team cannot examine and fully assess your pet, as we would in an in person appointment. Certain concerns will require an in person follow up appointment and potentially further diagnostics to fully evaluate your pet properly.
Please be aware that we must approve the time and date you choose for your appointment. We will email you to let you know when your reservation is accepted or if it has to be rescheduled.
